GATA-3 is een belangrijk regulatorisch eiwit voor de ontwikkeling van T lymfocyten en recent werden mutaties in dit eiwit beschreven in patiënten met acute T cel leukemie. In dit project wensen we specifiek de rol van GATA-3 tijdens normale en maligne T cel ontwikkeling te onderzoeken door de studie van dergelijke mutaties.
