Project description

In-vivo exploration using a skinfold chamber system, of the cell response to spatio-temporal modulated dose distributions, starting from interesting in-vitro observations of increased metabolic activity at intermediate doses. The realization and dosimetric quality assurance of the system is the subject of a PhD project and is an essential link in the global project (FWO application) in which the research team assesses the cellular effects of advanced radiation therapy (IMRT).
