MAPPIT is een technologie die toelaat om interacties tussen eiwitten te detecteren in intacte humane cellen, en werd ontwikkeld in onze onderzoeksgroep. We zullen deze grootschalige twee-hybride methode toepassen om humane eiwit interactienetwerken in kaart te brengen. Bijzondere aandacht zal gaan naar signalisatie via de leptine receptor.
