The think tank will mobilize the knowledge and practical cases in the area of ​​adaptation in order to contribute to a climate-proof Flanders. The think tank will allow academia to develop and distribute shared and transdisciplinary knowledge on adaptation. Simultaneously, this think tank will involve civil society and authorities to recognize performance in advance. Thus, this think tank will promote innovation in the field of climate resilience in the Triple Helix research-government company. The think tank will thus assist the Flemish government in its task to shape adaptation. Linked to the think tank can formulate research proposals to relevant research funds.
