Last May organized the Agency Socio-Cultural Work and Youth Partnership first European '' workshop '' on the history of youth work and youth policy in various European countries. This approach should fuel the discussion about how youth work and youth policy receive current form (can). Following this first workshop is scheduled a second workshop in May 2009. Both workshops are part of the preparations for a European seminar during the Belgian EU Presidency in 2010. The client requires scientific support for the organization of the second workshop. This involves analyzing the experiences from the first workshop and the development of the substantive concept for the second workshop. To identify and invite presenters from different countries is desirable close consultation with the European Knowledge Center (EKCYP) and the European youth research network (European Network of Experts on Youth Research). Part of the mission is preparing a synthesis of experiences from both workshops can serve as a basis for organizing the seminar in 2010.
