The goal of the project is to build knowledge around innovative uitleesarchitecturen integrated CMOS Hall sensors in order to improve the performance of Hall sensor products in terms of sensitivity drift, offset drift and bandwidth compared to what is achievable with state-of-the-art techniques. It will be given particular attention to the development of technologies that better address the problem of localized mechanical stresses caused by the IMC technology from Melexis
