Projectomschrijving

Het project beoogt de functionele karakterisatie van zeven H2O2-responsive NAC transcriptiefactoren (ROSNACs) in Arabidopsis thaliana, met als doel het ontrafelen van hun specifieke functie en positie binnen de H2O2 signaaltransductie cascade, enerzijds, maar ook binnen de bredere context van gen-regulatorische netwerken betrokken in plant defensieresponsen, anderzijds.
