Project description

The object of this study is to provide tools for the transformation of foods recorded in the EFSA Comprehensive Food Consumption Database into Raw Agricultural Commodities (RAC’s) to assess exposure to hazardous substances. The focus is to provide food conversion factors to make it possible to assess the exposure to pesticide residues analysed in RAC’s.
