Projectomschrijving
Het project omvat een systematische exploratie en validatie van biomerkers om een beter inzicht te krijgen over de voedselinname (nutriënten/contaminanten) van verschillende populaties in Europa en dit door nieuwe biomerkers te ontdekken adhv metabolomics, door alternatieve staalnametechnieken toe te passen, de huidige biomerker classificatie te herzien en een nieuw scoresysteem te ontwikkelen, als ook biologische effecten mbv biomerkers te ontdekken.
