The basic research funding will be used to support the research line on enterprise modelling with possible topics (not exhaustive):

• research on modelling and analyzing capabilities in the context of digital transformation from an enterprise architecture perspective;
• research on ontology-driven conceptual modelling with applications in the manufacturing industry;
• research on process maps and capability maps: languages, methods, and applications;
• research on the acceptance and interpretation of AI-generated/enhanced conceptual models and data visualizations;
• research on connecting semantics and machine learning.
