Projectomschrijving

This project aims at developing a number of new techniques such as nanoXRF/nanoCT, full field XRF imaging and 3D ICP mass spectrometry to realise 3D chemical and morphological imaging, whereby the nanoXRF/nanoCT technique should ultimately allow this on a nanoscopic level. The project team wants to use these new revolutionary techniques to perform groundbreaking fundamental research with regard to environmental toxicology, studying interstellar matter, geochemistry and studying changes in geological materials.
