Project description

Taste Classes aims to strengthen the food industry in the EUregio Scheldemond by (1) to facilitate the response to the innovative opportunities such as 'health and regional identity’ in SMEs in the Euregio Scheldemond, from a technological and market perspective (2) to promote healthy, flavorful and regional gourmet food, thus increasing awareness and help to develop a healthier diet, to which regional economy can respond.
