Een multi-analyt benadering (HPLC-MS/MS) wordt ontwikkeld om de blootstelling te meten aan mycotoxinen aan de hand van biomerkers in urine. Een vlugge en betrouwbare opzuiveringstechniek (salt-out assisted liquid-liquid extraction) wordt ontwikkeld om de matrix invloed van de urinestalen te reduceren. Na validatie wordt de methode toegepast op menselijke en varkensurine.
