Project description

Proteins are important nutritional and functional components, which are also often found in by-products from the agro-food industry. Striving for high-quality valorization of these by-products can be done by extracting the proteins. The goal in this project is to extract proteins through a combination of unit operations, with the aim of obtaining the highest possible extraction yield, as well as proteins with good functionality
