"The laboratory develops analytical methods for the simultaneous determination of residues and contaminants in all kinds of matrices, with focus on mycotoxinenonderzoek. The laboratory offers consultancy and validated analyses for the:-binding capacity of a mycotoxinenbinder (in vitro). -mycotoxins in vegetable matrices. -masked/modified mycotoxins in cereals. In addition to service activities is the laboratory coordinator/associate supervisor of various national and international research projects around 4 research themes: mycotoxins and human health, detection methods, metabolomics and mycotoxinevoorkomen."
