Description

In the fresh cut line, we mimic the production process as in industry, from harvested to packaged product. This fresh line is modular and units are easily movable. In this way, unit processes can easily be added or removed as required. Besides focusing on processing vegetables into a fresh product, the line is also equipped with a full monitoring system to monitor all consumption (water, energy). These are complemented by quality measurements present or they can be added based on requirements (both on water and product).
