Description
The Sleep Clinic investigates and treats sleep disorders and daytime alertness disorders, such as snoring, sleep apnoea, insomnia, abnormal fatigue, neurological sleep disorders, and sleep regulation and disorders in children.
Project Sleep is a sleep intervention developed in collaboration with secondary school pupils, in close partnership with their teachers, parents and a team of researchers from Ghent University. A website translates that experience into a practical guide, enabling schools to implement the project independently. Everything you need to help young people get a better night’s sleep can be found at https://www.project-sleep.be/
