Cesare is momenteel postdoctoraal onderzoeker bij het Centre for Research on Ecology, Cognition, and Behaviour of Birds (ECoBird), dat deel uitmaakt van de Terrestrial Ecology Unit (TEREC) aan de Universiteit Gent (België).
