Project description

To develop an enhanced electronic (e)Health or mobile (m)Health physical activity intervention, building on our current software platform. To determine the efficacy of the self-regulation components of the MyPlan 2.0 physical activity intervention, relative to a control condition, and to study the interaction with personal and contextual factors. To determine the effectiveness of the eHealth of mHealth physical activity intervention in an ecologically-valid setting, using a large RCT
