Project description

Recently, 10.000 small molecules were tested on their potential regeneration-inducing capacity on plant roots. A small group of selected proteins were identified that most likely interact with proteins that are crucial for the formation of new roots in the plant. This project proposal aims at the identification of these target proteins using a novel yeast-3-hybrid strategy.
