Project description

The research project concerns the study of the inflammatory mechanisms involving NF-B, more specifically in the context of the autoimmune disease multiple sclerosis. For this purpose, we use mice genetically defective in major NF-B-regulatory genes, and use them in mouse models for multiple sclerosis. With this project we hope to gain a better understanding of the specific functions of some of these genes in multiple sclerosis.
