The project aims to develop exact and meta-­ heuristic optimization techniques that incorporate

uncertainty (i.e. operational variability in supply and demand) upfront in the construction of personnel rosters. In this way, we integrate the tactical personnel scheduling phase with the operational phase in order to construct robust personnel rosters.
