I will use this basic research funding to further employ a PhD bursary student, Margot de Sloover, who has been working with me since 1st July 2024 on the Cortina – Safety Jogger Chair for Psychosis and Recovery, with the aim of obtaining a doctorate. The funding I have through the Cortina – Safety Jogger Chair is sufficient to pay Margot de Sloover for her full-time position for 2 years. The basic funding will be used to finance her position for the subsequent 2 years.
