Project description

The characteristics of the lapse of rights will be studied. This will result in a general theory of the lapse of rights, which will make it possible to criticise the current inconsistencies. The lapse of rights will also be compared to other sanctions of private law. This will make it possible to conclude whether it is a necessary concept or not.
