Project description

The aim of this research project is to study how the similarity of perceptions of (the importance of) CSR goals and activities between employees and the different hierarchical levels (i.e. vertical CSR-alignment) may influence attitudes and behaviours of individual employees, as well as team level outcomes. This research project fits within the micro-CSR literature, aiming to gain insight into how CSR may influence employees and teams within organizations.
