Project description

Using laryngeal EMG and MMG, biomechanic and physiologic backgrounds of functional voice disorders will be examined. These techniques will be used for the first time to objectify muscle tension disorders of extralarygeal muscles. The use of LEMg and MMG will be introduced as a diagnostic technique for selection of patients and also for to objectify the therapeutic effect of circumlaryngeal manual therapy.
