Project description
The first part of the PhD thesis focuses on the design and in vivo evaluation of 4 saRNA vaccines encoding different forms of the HA-antigen of the H5N1 avian influenza virus. The second part aims to determine whether immune responses are elicited against the viral replicase complex and whether this affects the performance of the saRNA vaccine platform.
