A comparative analysis with other technologies that are already on the market is necessary to investigate how self-healing concrete can be commercialized. To this end, I propose to analyze, through a matrix, technology patents and published articles for fiber-reinforced concrete over the years. The goal is to make an analogy of the findings with self-healing concrete and give final recommendations regarding its commercialization.
