Project description

More research to elucidate the mechanism of action of neurostimulation as a treatment for refractory epilepsy and to evaluate its effects on neuropsychological functioning is absolutely necessary. Here we wish to investigate this using simultaneous electroencephalography and magnetoencephalography recording. This projects aims optimizing stimulation parameters, identifying predictive factors and localizing new targets for future neurostimulation treatments.
