Project description

The ERF115 transcription factor is able to stimulate division of mitotically inactive stem cells in roots. ERF115 forms an active complex with SCL21, and hyperactivation, of this complex results in stem cell division, in response to DNA damage, and in de novo stem cell formation will be investigated.
