Project description
FFLOWS aims to scale the lab‐scale fabrication of BaTiO3 thin films developed at UGent to wafer scale and validate its performance by integrating the BaTiO3 film in an high‐efficient and low‐loss integrated phase modulator. The aim is to establish a spin‐off company to commercialize the fabricated BaTiO3 wafers at the end of this project for the use in Si photonics applications.
