Project description

In magnetic nanowires, the magnetic domains are separed by magnetic domain walls with a polarity 'up' of 'down'. We aim at using this poarity to represent the digital bit in next generation magnetic memory and logic devices. Therefore, we study the domain wall mobility in Permalloy and high perpenicular magnetocrystalline anisotropy nanowires
