Project description

A20 and DUBA are two proteins that negatively regulate immune responses, but the physiological role of these proteins in specific tissues or cell types is largely unknown. In this project we aim to study the function of A20 and DUBA via the generation and characterization of cell type specific conditional knockout mice.
