Project description

summary, the objective of the research mandate is to develop a treatment that allows to overcome a FIPV infection, the immune system of the cat. Therefore will / will: - The accessory proteins that play a role in antibody dependent cell lysis identified - Monoclonal antibodies are generated against the protein blocking antibody dependent cell lysis - The therapeutic antibody clone detectable with the strongest activity - Preliminary in vivo tests are presented with the developed treatment against FIPV.
