Project description
Reversible computing is an important step in the investigation of quantum computer technologies.
Our goal is twofold:
1. By measurements on real reversible chips,
study the impact of size reduction on consumption and performance.
After investigating the technological nodes of 350 and 130 nanometer,
we target the 65 nanometer node.
2. Develop low-power universal reversible gate libraries at each technological node.
