Project description

In this project we want to unravel the plant’s growth regulatory network in mild drought. To study growth as quantitative trait we use the existing natural variation for this trait present in a collection of 100 different Arabidopsis accessions. Linking the transcriptome to the phenotypes of these accessions allows us to unravel the growth regulatory network of plants in drought.
