Project description
The skin constitutes a protective barrier and provides a well-balanced response against diverse insults from the environment. The existence of many skin pathologies, underscores the demand for a well-orchestrated keratinocyte differentiation program and for a tight control of skin homeostasis. We want to study the role of the ubiquitin-editing protein A20 and RIPK4 kinase in skin homeostatis, cancer and inflammation.
