Project description

The application concerns the replacement of an autoclave with steam generator, which is used several times a day, especially for sterilizing material contaminated with bacteria and fungi. This may concern laboratory animal cages, agar plates, liquid media, animal products and other contaminated material. The current old device is defective and cannot be repaired. Without this autoclave, which is part of the basic equipment of a bacteriological laboratory, the operation of an L2 laboratory is impossible. This therefore fits in with the safe removal of biological waste from an L2 laboratory that works with micro-organisms of risk class 2.
