Project description

Apart from their essential and vital homeostatic role, macrophages are also involved in many pathological conditions and they can function as a hiding place for intracellular pathogens. The use of macrophage-restricted molecules as a gateway for therapeutic immunoconjugates will be evaluated as a strategy to combat severl diseases
