Project description

Cystic echinococcosis (CE) is considered as one of the five most important zoonotic diseases in Ethiopia. Using a One Health approach, the study will provide in-depth epidemiological information on CE in Ethiopia. This will contribute to a better understanding of the transmission and the burden of the disease. Furthermore, the study will guide further studies, and national and global intervention plans.
