Project description

This project contains 3 research themes: 1) study of microRNA 34b/c as mediators of the p53 responses and identification of microRNAs involved in nutlin-3 induced differentiation and scenesence, 2) Identification of oncogene addiction, synergistic lethality with nutlin-3, p53 signaling inhibitors and synthetic lethality with p53 deficiency through siRNA screening, and 3) functional analysis of p53 modulators
