Project description

This project aims to investigate whether physical activity benefits older adults’ daily cognitive performance and whether this relation is mediated by improved sleep and better mental wellbeing. To answer this research question an observational as well as an interventional study, using objective and high-quality measurements to assess the parameters, will be carried out.
