Project description

The aim of tis study is to improve the risk-stratification in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia to obtain a better treatment outcome, and aviod long lasting toxic side effects through preventing unnecessary and expensive treatment. We will evaluate the prognostic significance of miRNA gene expression in paediatric acute lymphblastic leukaemia (ALL) through miRNA expression profiling of bone marrow and serum samples.
