Project description
Our lab develops RNA-based technologies for diagnostics and therapeutics, with a focus on cancer, liquid biopsies, and spatial transcriptomics. To improve sequencing library preparation, we seek funding for a Mantis liquid dispenser and PuriFY bead purification system. Together, they will automate low-volume pipetting and magnetic bead clean-up, reducing hands-on time, plastic waste, and variability. These tools enable robust, scalable workflows across diverse sample types and sequencing applications. The infrastructure supports multiple research groups and collaborations, enhancing throughput and sustainability while ensuring reproducibility in high-impact transcriptomic studies.
