Project description

An integrated cell culture (ICC)-RT-PCR will be developed for the detection of noroviruses which will be a better indication for infectivity in contrary tot RT-PCR. The ICC-RT-PCR technique will be validated in naturally contaminated water derived from the primary plant production in Belgium.
