Project description

Despite the great success of glucocorticoids in the treatment of inflammatory diseases, side effects and glucocorticoid resistance are major hurdles for clinicians and patients. This project aims to identify and characterize the molecular mechanisms that form the basis for the anti-inflammatory effect of glucocorticoids and the development of glucocorticoid resistance.
