It will be extremely beneficial for the PSB department to establish also close links between the technological platforms of PSB such as chemical genomics, functional genomics and functional proteomics with the platforms in Prof. Raikhel's institute including subcellular proteomics and high content imaging platform.



Combining our knowledge will create added value to the University of Ghent and will lead to high impact common publications between the two universities. Moreover the stay of Prof. Raikhel in our Department will be the onset of several newly initiated long lasting collaborations.
