Project description

In this project we aim to answer the question why individuals choose a transnational partnership. The database was generated by an extraction of the Belgian National Register and consists of all marriages and legally registered cohabitations of whom at least one partner was a resident of Belgium with a non-EU nationality at birth conducted between 2001 and 2008.
