This project falls within the broader call 'Training for the Future' of Europe WSE (formerly ESF). In order to anticipate the dynamics of the labour market and better align the training and education on offer, a targeted focus on competences is necessary. The call 'Training for the future' aims to create training courses based on the results from the SCOPE competence forecasts or from similar studies. The project 'Major evolutions within industry' (project number 12322), in short GEIDI, focuses on the creation of training specifically for organisations active in the industrial sector. This social theme is divided into four sub-themes within which the training courses will be built, i.e. 'Work organisation', 'Digital upskilling', 'Soft skills', 'Technical upskilling'.
