Project description

The 'Re-integratiebalans' is a scientifically validated tool that was previously developed and validated as part of a BOF-IOP PhD project, aimed at improving the quality of work reintegration after burnout. The tool is focused on the profit sector (SMEs and larger companies). To implement and valorize this tool in practice, we received support from the MVF in 2022 to build the website that hosts the tool. A follow-up project (BelSpo: ReBorn: Return to Work after Burnout) runs until December 2025, with the aim of improving reintegration after burnout within government contexts. The government is a specific context that differs from private institutions in terms of structure and culture. There is a need for an adapted version of the 'Re-integratiebalans' for government employees. We are requesting support, similar to that for the 'Re-integratiebalans', for further developing the website to implement an adapted version (Re-integratiebalans 2.0). In this way, the scientific knowledge gained through the BelSpo project can be valorized for a broader audience of civil servants.
